25 guest wedding. Need help with venues?

I am having a very small wedding with 25 to 30 guests. I want a venue that preferable does ceremony and reception. I live in Temecula and am having a hard time finding a venue because most places have at least a 50 person minimum or a 10 grand minimum. My theme is very elegant and most taditional for a ceremony and the reception is where my wild side comes out with dark purples, red and blacks. I want something inexpensive and accomodating. Any ideas?

Have you looked at Marina Village? I don't know what your budget is or what type of venue you want, but they have lawn space overlooking the marina for ceremonies and a variety of different rooms/halls for receptions, at reasonable prices. They provide tables and chairs. You can bring in your own decorations, caterer, alcohol, linens, etc. (all vendors). They do not have any minimums.
