My wedding planning has been stress free and everything has gone smoothly until I, unfortunately, choose to order my dress from ybridal.com. Seemed like a great idea at the time and everyone responded in a timely manner when I emailed them about the status of my dress but....... I understood that as long as the dress was ordered in a standard size, not tailored to my measurements, that I could return the dress if I decided it wasn't my taste. Unfortunately, they have very specific return requirements and the dress can only be returned if it is a manufacturer error. The lady that responded to my email stated there was nothing wrong with my dress and they would not accept the return! Now, I am having to sell my unused wedding dresses at a consignment shop and only getting half of my money back. VERY UNSATISFIED with ybridal.com!!!!!!!!!!!!
