Is anyone using them for their wedding? Have you had trouble getting ahold of them? I've tried both of the phone numbers on their website and sent two emails and I've gotten noooooo answer. Help!

I am using them and haven't had an issue. I booked several months ago but I remember them telling me their son was getting married and I think it was in June so maybe that's the problem.
