Joe Biggs Photography- A+
I have not seen my actual picutres yet, but I have no doubt this score will not change. I have worked with Joe and his wife before, and they are wonderful, both personally and professionally. I had no problems getting a hold of them during planning, and everything went well. We had to battle the rain and poor lighting in the chapel, but I think Joe made it work!
David's Bridal- A
Granted, I did not use them for my alterations, but I did use them for my dress and my girl's dresses, and I was pleased. No problems at all.
Men's Warehouse- C
This one really disapointed me, as my MOH used them for her wedding with no problems, but I was just not pleased here. We wanted fadorahs and ended up getting more of a "bucket" style hat. The only reason a C was given, was because money was refunded for the hats with no problem.
Bakery Hill (Cincinnati State)-A+
I LOVED working with Moe, and the amount of cake given for what we paid was rediculous. That, and the cake was still moist a week later. We had 4 flavors that were done in a 3 tier cake, 45 cupcakes, and a sheet cake all for under $400!!. I know that the prices were raised though, but I would go back again just to give Moe the business.
Receptions Inc (Western Hills, on Westbourne)-A
Joyce was great to work with. The only problem we had was that the chicken for the kids meals were a bit dry.
Spring Grove- Norman Chapel-A
No problems here either. The only thing is, and it's just b/c it's an older church, the lighting is poor.
Lisa Rose Alterations-A-
I use Lisa on a regular basis for my clothes and she is great to work with. The only reason it's not an A+ is because I THINK a stain got on my dress from her business. I have to way to prove it, but I don't know where else it would have come from. But, it was small, and in a hideable place (otherwise I would be more mad).
On The Air Entertainment-D. I WILL SAY I AM WAITING ON AN EMAIL/CALL BACK FROM THE OWNER, J.D.. IF I DO HEAR BACK, THIS WILL CHANGE, OTHERWISE IT WILL NOT!
We used Tony, and I felt he messed up too much.
1. I got a call from him ONE HOUR before I was leaving my house to meet my photog saying he never got my timeline from the owner until that morning at 4:30.
2. Because of #1, he didn't have my bridal party song, so I had to scrap it.
3. TWICE, we introduced us (my H and I) and "Mr. and Mrs. AMANDA (MyMaidenName). !!! OMG talk about a BIG mistake.
4. Then, he called my Father "Mr. (MyMom'sFirstName) J___.
5. He didn't follow my timeline at all. I was very unhappy with this

Karen was great to work with, and my flowers turned out FLAWLESS!
Hair/Makeup-A+
I used my friend (and BM), Channing, and she workes at the ULTA in Kenwood. I am going to plug her b/c she did such a wonderful job!
