Old Rustic Warehouse/ building for rent in downtown Cincy or in Clifton?

I was kind of looking for some place with brick walls, older, but cleaned up that would give a feel of sophisitication.  I'd like a place that isn't in the wedding business per se.  I want to be able to do my own thing (food and alcohol).
Any ideas?

I was thinking there has to be plenty of buildings downtown for rent, or in Clifton.

The old Grammer's restaurant is brick walls and nicely cleaned up.  They're still open for business but I don't know if they rent out for parties, etc.

The flying lizard incovington is a neat venue. It was a church that's been converted to art gallery space downstairs while the upstairs is a big open area. We went to a wedding there and the bride and groom were able to bring in outside food and I'm almost positive they could bring in their own liquor, but hired a bartender. The only downside was that the wedding was in the summer and that place got really warm inside.

a LONG time ago, i had a high school homecoming dance at longworth hall (on one of the upper floors).  it was a really great area and my momory tells me it had brick walls and a great feel to it.  but i was in high school, so maybe my memory fails me :)

Maybe try the Mockbee? I don't think they have their own site, but they do have a facebook page. If you look it up it'll say its in Over-the-Rhine, but its actually closer to Clifton.

I saw pictures of a friend from high school's wedding there so I know they will do weddings, though they mostly do concerts and art installations. The building is really old and super cool. I think it used to be some sort of factory?? but I don't know what kind.

I have also heard great things about Longworth Hall....a friend of mine's sister is getting married there soon. I haven't been there but she said it was a big open "rustic/industrial" type room with brick walls and open ceiling. Hope this helps!
