My mother has decided she would like ot have a DOC. She has hired a woman we know very well. This woman is married to my brother's best friend, our parents are friends, and my family has known her since she was ten.
She has just gotten into the wedding business. She's brand new, but she is maybe the most organized person I've ever met. She loves weddings, and my family trusts her. Her own wedding was beautiful, and she pulled it together in eight weeks (her H was in Iraq).
We don't know how much to pay her. She's only done this one other time, but she did it for free because it was the first time. My mother asked me to post here and get some ideas.
