Nada Downtown

Has anyone had their rehearsal dinner at Nada? It is on of my favorite restraunts and I would really love to have my rehearsal dinner there. I just wanted to know if anyone has had their rehearsal dinner there as well? If so, how many people did you have? Was it wayyy overpriced or reasonable? We are planning on about 30 people at our rehearsal dinner so I am really interested in seeing anyones thoughts or opinions! Thanks ladies :)

We're having our rehearsal dinner there and we LOVE it too!  We're inviting about 30 people and they have three pre-determined event menu options starting at $30 per person.  They will adjust the menu for you if you want different foods - we are working with Kellie and she is incredible to work with.

The menus all include appetizers, salads, entrees and dessert.  The minimum per night varies, but we're doing a Friday night and I think the minimum is around $800-900?  I'll have to look at the paperwork to confirm.

We did a tasting there a few weeks ago and it was soooo great.  We got to eat all the free food we wanted - we just chose different things off the menu and they brought it all to us.  They also brought us champagne - they are really excellent when it comes to customer service.  Feel free to ask me any other questions!  Good luck -

That sounds very reasonable for 30 people! We loveeee it there, especially the atmosphere and I have never had anything bad on the menu. Will you be having alcohol at the rehearsal dinner?

I'm not sure if she gets on here anymore, but KEJohnson is having hers there.  ...

Yes, we will have alcohol.  We aren't bringing our own (don't know if that's allowed) but we will allow people to order whatever they want from the bar.

They are also letting us bring our own dessert, so we reduced the cost of our menu since we're having our dessert brought in.  They have been extremely flexible and the private room upstairs seats 30 and is absolutely perfect for a rehearsal dinner!

I'm having mine there in July. FYI, the room that they reserve for parties of 30 and under is SMALL. We wanted our guests to be able to socialize and I don't see how a party of 30 would have any room to mingle in that space.
With that in mind, we reserved the entire 2nd floor for our group of 40ish people. That includes the bar and everything. There are 3 choices of menus for $30, $40, and $50 per person. You can also create a custom menu, but you have to meet a price minimum for the night. For a Friday night I believe ours is around $3500.
On a side note, they are VERY accommodating. We just walked in and got samples of practically everything on the menu (as well as drinks and dessert) for FREE.
It's definitely worth stopping in and taking a look.
