signature drink ideas for May barn wedding?

Hoping to get some cool ideas for a signature drink. I'm doing a casual barn wedding in May. The bar is going to be beer, wine and 1 signature drink. Wanting something that's Vodka based and fun, fresh and fitting w/ the theme. Does anyone have any ideas? We are supplying the bar ourselves so don't want it to be overly complicated but still fun and yummy!

    You could do Arnold Palmers with Sweet Tea Vodka and Lemonade.
