House offer update

So we heard from the seller- they did a counteroffer just like we expected. They only dropped $4,000 from the asking price. And they want to keep the washer/dryer!

We did another counteroffer, this time raising $10,000 from our original offer as well as other small details, but not going to bore you ladies with it!

Our realtor believes they'll drop their price. Fingers crossed! We should hear from them sometime tonight, hopefully.

Well Good Luck. Please please please don't go over what you both originally planned on spending. Just remember that there are more houses out there and if this one doesn't work out it's because there's a better one of there!

Yup, we've been living together since late 2007, I had to count OMG it's been that long already?! We're hoping to get a house before the wedding and we'll move in together if (whenever) we get one.
