Florist Recommendations?

The florist seems to be the one big thing that we have still yet to decide on. There are just so many places to choose from around the NKY/Cincy area. We are trying to be budget conscious since I kinda splurged on the reception site Embarassed Has anyone had experience with Jackson Florist in Covington? A family friend is getting married around the same time as me and recommended them. I've also heard some good things about Yellow Canary in the Reading Bridal District--anyone? Thanks!

    I met with quite a few florists and Katie Elfers was my girl! I am still happy with that decision. She did a great job! She worked with my budget and still gave me stunning flowers.

    I love Susan Foy The Wedding Designer.  She gives you a lot for your money, a great feeling for a bride.  She has lots of creativity and fresh ideas.

    I second Susan Foy, I have really liked working with her! The best part is she sends you online photo albums to help give you ideas and let you see what certain flowers look like. Just today she randomly sent me an album w/ pics of bouquets she did for a recent bridal show - just because she remembered something I had mentioned and thought I might want to see it.

    I just met with Secret Garden in Florence, KY on Saturday. I about dropped over when they told me the final price! By far the best price I've seen on fresh flowers and I used to work for a florist. Best part, the wedding I went to on Saturday had their flowers done there so I got to see them live and in action on Saturday night and they were GORGEOUS!

    I am using a young lady named Holly Bezold Schwietzer of Posy Floral Designs. She is friends with my mom and does wedding florals as a "side business." 

    I absolutely adore her and am so happy to be supporting a young entrepreneur.

     She has been so wonderful and patient with me in deciding on my choices, has helped me stick to my budget, and is very good about letting me know lower-cost alternatives than the ideas I originally had. Her blog is http://posyfloraldesigns.blogspot.com/.

    Oh, I forgot-- she is also from Alexandria, KY, if you were looking for a NKY vendor! But she will deliver to anywhere in Cincy. :)
