    I ordered invitations for my parents 40th wedding anniversary a few months ago, got the proof, agreed on it, and when the invitations arrived, the main center graphic was missing.  But, I returned them and they shipped out the corrected ones within about 5 days, so can't really complain too much.  I just ordered my wedding invitations from them, so we'll see how they turn out!
