Has anyone used Receptions for their wedding Reception?

I am unsure since I've read some different mixed reviews and wondering if anyone currently or has previously used Receptions, any of their locations for their wedding reception?

Everyone I have heard from that used them has been very pleased and happy with their experience. I hear the staff is amazing. I booked with them and everything has gone real smoothly so far. Not to mention that what they offer you for the price is unbeatable!

I was impressed by their all-inclusive packages, which lets brides relax.  They won't nickel and dime you.  I really recommend them.  I would also attend their bridal show at their Fairfield location this Sunday, 1/23 from 12 - 4:30!  You would taste the food and see for yourself.

I used them and was extremely happy with the service, the food, and the price.  We used the Erlanger location, but I checked them all out except the ones on the west side.

I have attended a couple of weddings at Receptions and they were beautiful with delicious food.  My only complaint is that there were three weddings one night and we couldn't hear the toasts for the wedding we were attending because of the noise level of the other weddings.

I am actually using Receptions Fairfield in August! They have all been super nice so far! Abby, at the front desk, showed us the place, and was the nicest person that had showed us a place for our reception.  We went to their bridal show today as well.  I am still really impressed.  They include centerpieces, tablecloths, napkins, and chaircovers free!

The girl I'm working with mentioned that there's the 800 deposit and even said that she was willing to work with paying on the deposit!
