NWR:Help with finding an apt

FH and I are trying to find a place to live in NKY and are having a difficult time and I thought maybe someone would have a suggestion. We are looking for an apt that allows cats and is under $600. Any suggestiuons or just places to stay away from.

My fiance and I lived in Covington in Devou Park, the condos called The Bluffs. We loved it up there! It's under new management now (CMC) so I don't know how it is/pricing. We had one of the best 2 bdrms for $850, so maybe a ground floor 1 bdrm would be around your price point? I also recommend Historic Riverside Covington area, it's soo beautiful, sometimes pricey, but you may find something..hth.

Before FI and I moved into our house, I lived in a nice apt complex in Crescent Springs.  It was called Coloniel Village - there are other complexes in that area, but they are definitely not anywhere near nice - so I'd suggest really staying away from those!  Mine was a fairly spacious 1br apt and was under $600.  Unfortunately, however, they do not allow pets...

i know it's not NKY, but our apartment in Clifton is up for rent (we bought a house) $620/mo. Small, but big enough for a couple.. Safe, homey, nice landlord. There's a dog in the upstairs apartment, so i'd think a cat would be OK. Heat is paid by the landlord, your costs will be low:
