Big Dayton Venues w/ open catering policy

I know the topic of Dayton reception venues has been brought up several times, but I'm bringing it up again in hopes I'll hear some new ideas.

I'm trying to find a reception venue within Dayton (no more than 30 min. from downtown) that
a) has enough room for 200-300 people and
b) will let us bring in our own catering and our own alcohol.

I already have Arbor Hall, B&B Riverfront Hall and All Seasons Banquet Center on the list of possibilities, but if there are any other options I should consider, please let me know. (The Barn at Polen Farm would be perfect if it didn't require us to split up our guests onto two floors.)

The round house at the Montgomery County Fairgrounds, Crossroads Expo Center, Packard Museum, Boonshoft Museum. I think Boonshoft has a list of preferred caterers, though.
