Should I be freaking out??

Ok so we are 11 days before the wedding and I'm about to turn into a Bridezilla... we had engagement pics taken 4/3 and we were told by the photographer both before the session and at the session that taking them that close wouldn't be a problem getting prints back before the wedding.. and said that they would try and get our proofs to us that following Friday 4/9... no proofs that Friday... the FI talked to them Friday 4/16 in the morning to make the finally pmt and to answer some questions.... he was told that they would e-mail me a confirm # for the pmt and that our proofs would be online that night... welllll needless to say it is 2:30 am Wednesday morning and still no proofs... we need prints for our cake topper, signature mat and parents gifts... the FI has called twice now and hasn't heard back and I'm afraid that if I call when i get off the phone I will no longer have a photographer.... Am I overreacting or should I be freaking out?

I would be freaking out... who did you use. Maybe someone on here has another contact for that photographer. Have you tried even facebook to see if they are on there. Some of the wedding vendors I hear once in a while wont get a call or something and they are found on fb pretty easy. I would worry. How long do they plan to take to get your wedding photos to you?

Kel.... the FI facebooked them too... I called this morning and left yet another message... I was pleasently suprised at how nice and calm I was... Only thing I haven't tried is e-mailing.... which I may do here in a bit if I don't hear back....I guess I'm just dissapointed and frustrated more than anything else... we both really like the photographers... They are both a lot like Jack and I personality wise...<sigh>

Do they have an office you where you can just stop by?  Who are you using?

I am wondering because I did a b-pic session with a photographer back in January- got my book in time for my 3/6 wedding to give to husband as his gift, but they forgot to bring the cd when I met up with them.  She said she would put in the mail the monday after our wedding (3/8).  Two emails later I have yet to receive my cd or any kind of call or email- I am getting very frustrated and I was wondering if it was the same photographer.  I have heard some other issues with people not being contacted back in a timely fashion from them as well.

EDIT- I paid EXTRA for the package that included the cd.

Who did you use? and I would be blowing up their phone lines in your case as well.... I think I'm ust more dissapointed than anything... they came highly reccomended... I guess I wouldn't be this upset if they said we'll get them to you asap and not given us specifics... but when you give specifics that is when I expect them.... This weekend we had to go to my parents for my shower and I made it a point to pack the laptop so I could show my parents and find out which pic they liked best for their gift (not letting them know that is why I was wanting to know that of course) and nothing...
