Norlyn Manor?!

Anyone ever get married or have their reception here? I'm working on a budget and just got some extra pricing info sent to me and it seems like a great deal! I just don't know what kind of hidden fees and expenses there would be. It would be about $2500 for the recpetion for 100 guests for the food, open bar, and black chair covers w/ white sashes. It sounds like a good deal to me As well as looks beautiful. Just wanted to get your opinions first!

One of my bm's friends got married there and my bm said it was nice, the food was good, and they had a really good time.  The only complaint she had was how far out it was.

My MOH had her reception there. It was very nice, beautiful pictures. It was far but MOH lives out there so it was close to her.

I got married there. There were no extra or hidden fees, but I did have other complaints.

ETA: Well if you want any napkins besides white, they are $1 each.

Actually, I am not sure how your pricing has been calculated because that seems just a bit low, even for March. But if that is what they told you then make sure you have both signed the contract.
