Some of you may remember all the trouble I have had with my engagement ring in the past. FI and I went and ordered me a new wedding set today!!
Ring #1 When FI planned to propose he picked out a ring and ordered it. They told him 2 days before we left for vacation they were incorrect on their inventory and it was no longer available.
Ring #2 FI proposed and the ring I got had diamonds continually falling out so they replaced it with an exact match. I went in to pick out a band and they informed me there wasn't one that would fit my ring, I could get a custom one made, but it would cost more than my original ring.
Ring #3 FI and I went to the jewelry store today and picked out a wedding set for me!! It should be in next week. It actually looks very similar to the original ring he picked out for me and I love it! I guess 3rd time is the charm, and I am so excited I actually get to have a band! I am getting a band on each side. I'm kind of a freak about things being symmetrical.
