does anyone know where they allow you to do this,that can take up to 200 guest.

I'm not 100% sure about this, but for some reason I think that the Freedom Center downtown has a rooftop option for wedding ceremonies?

Other than that, I don't know of any other places.

Check out Boost for Meeting's Sake on Reading Road. Not sure if there is room for 200 people but they have an awesome roof top.
