Bachelorette Party at Newport?

So my sister and I are considering having my bachelorette party at Newport on the Levi and I was hoping for restaurant and bar recommendations.

I just read a few posts down that Toro isn't that exciting, but I don't know the area and Newport's website makes it seem like they only have 3 bars (Toro, Bar Louie, and Calddagh Irish Pub).

Ideas?

Jefferson Hall is there as well...they have bands play there on the weekends. I can't say much for the bands because I only go during happy hour. There's also Hoffbrau Haus across the street which gets pretty loud and fun on the weekends.

I arranged my friend's bachelorette party on the levee, and we went to bar louis, and Jefferson Hall. If you call ahead of time and tell them you have a bachelorette party coming they will waive the cover charge for everyone. Bar Louis actually has a "bachelorette party" package deal that you can call and get some info. on.  We had a blast!!!! Good luck

I threw a few at Bar Louie- we danced at Arnies across the street and JHall is fun as well. I wouldnt call the Irish Pub a place to go, but if you want to sit down and eat maybe. Hofbrauhaus is also fun in the summer with the outdoor patio. All depends on what you want to do. We wanted to dance so we did Blackfinn and then went to Mt. Adams.

I had mine at Newport on the Levee also.  We started out with drinks at Claddaugh's then went to a Shadowbox Cabaret show and then across the street to Arnie's to dance the night away!  Great night!

For a friends bachelorette we did dinner and a few drinks at Hau Brau House then back to a hotel for a few games and drinks and then Arnies. Everyone really enjoyed it.

I had the post about Toro's we started there and that was fine..if your party is interested in bull riding I would recommend but that's really all they have going on. We went there, then Brothers- boring bar, Arnies- costs $5 to get in and they even charged the bride!!!! Would not budge on cover charge. and then we ended night at Hofbrathaus. I did mine in newport last year and we went to Arnies and jefferson hall which both have cover- but Jefferson hall is good place to dance and listen to bands play.

My friends are planning a Newport party as well. Bar Louies has a good package for $40 a person you can have 2 hours of open bar..cake..appiteizer..shash..I forget what else..but not bad deal especailly for the drinks. We also had other people tell us that we should go to Cadilac Ranch too.

I am out about 40 miles east...so I don't go there often. I will have to check out Jefferson Hall.

We are def. wanting drinking and dancing though!
