Which vendors do you tip on the wedding day?

Which vendors do you customarily tip on the day of the wedding? I guess I also want to know- which vendors do you tip at all (outside of the reception)? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Here is a list of who we tipped -

Pastor
Hair/Makeup ladies
DJ

We did not tip our wait staff b/c our venue included gratuity in our total bill. We also did not tip our photog b/c she owns her own business. You can tip your delivery people if you would like (cake, flowers).

We tipped pretty much everybody:

Hair, makeup, music trio, dj, florist, photographer, officiant, venue coordinator, captain, tried to tip the lady that did our cake after the wedding (since we didn't see her on the wedding day when she delivered it) but she wouldn't take it.

All of our vendors did an amazing job though.  Also, our dj and photographer own their own company but I still tipped them.  I know some people say not to tip vendors if they own their own company, but I figure that they still probably aren't pocketing everything you pay them since they have a company to run and have overhead costs  If they did a great job, I felt they deserved a tip regardless.

you tip the people who provide a service but don't own the business--servers, bartenders, flower/cake delivery people, limo driver, and so on

also, hair/makeup/nails since you'd tip them on any other day
