3) Where are you having your reception? Voice of America Park in the Lakeview Room
4) How long have you lived in the Cincinnat/Dayton area? My whole life, born & raised in Cincinnati
5) Do you & your FI plan on moving out of Ohio? Where to & why? No plans in the near future, however, it's always a possibility with my FI's job.
6) What are/were your wedding colors? Black, Ivory, & Blush Pink
7) Who is your favorite Cincinnati/Dayton wedding vendor to work with? Funky's Catering - I have LOVED working with them so far! They are the most professional catering company that I came across during taste testing & actually seemed like they cared about what WE wanted on our day! And, the food was amazing when we tasted it, can't wait to have it on our big day!
8) What Cincinnati/Dayton vendor would you advise people to stay away from? I can honestly say that I haven't run into any vendors that I would warn people to stay away from (knock on wood)! It may be different as it gets closer to the wedding day, but so far, so good!

4) How long have you lived in the Cincinnat/Dayton area? Born and raised there, but I've lived in Pittsburgh for three years.
5) Do you & your FI plan on moving out of Ohio? Where to & why? Yup! We've already moved to Pittsburgh so I can attend grad school. We'll probably move yet again when I'm done with grad school because there aren't many job opportunities for either of us in Ohio.
6) What are/were your wedding colors? Dark purple, navy blue, and light blue
7) Who is your favorite Cincinnati/Dayton wedding vendor to work with? Although we've booked most of our vendors, we haven't really worked a lot with any of them yet. But from what we've seen so far, we love The Cannery, Lisa Rice Photography, and Bullwinkles Catering.
8) What Cincinnati/Dayton vendor would you advise people to stay away from? One of the venues we looked at was Top of the Market- the person we were supposed to meet with never showed up and the venue was pretty dirty and gross

4) How long have you lived in the Cincinnat/Dayton area? I have lived in the Cinti area my whole love, my DH grew up in Pittsburgh and moved here when he was a senior in HS.
5) Do you & your FI plan on moving out of Ohio? Where to & why? We have talked about moving to TN sometime in the future once our kids are grown.  We are both musicians and we love the atmosphere there.
6) What are/were your wedding colors? Sangria, Purple and Silver
7) Who is your favorite Cincinnati/Dayton wedding vendor to work with? The Happy Couple Duo...they are awesome!
8) What Cincinnati/Dayton vendor would you advise people to stay away from? Rev. Jerry Rohrer, not very professional

2) Where are you having your ceremony? Good Shepherd Catholic Church w/ family in Symmes Township, then Elements Event Center in Sharonville
3) Where are you having your reception? Elements Event Center 
4) How long have you lived in the Cincinnat/Dayton area? 1 year, but FI grew up in the area before joining the military. 
5) Do you & your FI plan on moving out of Ohio? Where to & why? Yes, but we really don't have any choice because of our jobs. We'll be moving about 3 months after our wedding and actually to different locations(different Air Force bases) until we can get joined military orders to get located together again. 
6) What are/were your wedding colors? White and Gold, with a marine blue accent
7) Who is your favorite Cincinnati/Dayton wedding vendor to work with? So far, we've had a good experience with the vendors we've booked, but I have to say that Robert Hogan with No. 9 Images and Pastor Steve Means have been the most personable.
8) What Cincinnati/Dayton vendor would you advise people to stay away

 from? I don't have anyone per se that I would advise anyone to stay away from. For us, when we decided not to go with a vendor, it was primarily budget related.

I second Bridal and Formal. We got the BM dresses the other day and they were big and small in all the wrong areas. Also, they told one of my BM that her body was disproportioned. Also! The Torii Station in Fairfield is VERY unprofessional. I went there with the FI, we loved the reception area, but the man cussed the entire time, he bashed other weddings they had there, and looked like he was homeless..

4) How long have you lived in the Cincinnat/Dayton area?  We don't live there.  My parents are from there and my whole extended family still lives there, but DH and I live in NC and he's from the Philippines.

I have two- Julie Schmidt with Cincy Event Planning (my coordinator) and Amanda Donaho (my photographer).  All my main vendors were amazing!  They all knew each other and had worked with each other so many times in the past, so it truly felt like we had the ultimate vendor "Dream Team."

8) What Cincinnati/Dayton vendor would you advise people to stay away from? I didn't have any bad experiences during my planning.  I attribute that to my coordinator.  I took her recommendations and pretty much let her handle a lot of the details.  I have vendors that I checked out and decided not to go with for different reasons, but no bad experiences thank God.

So far, we have had a great experience with many of our vendors - but Brad from Briarwood has been the nicest and most accommodating... We have also enjoyed the people at The Bakery Barn (in Independence, KY), Lydia from Photographybylydia, The Secret Garden, and the WONDERFUL ladies who helped me find another dress at Wedding Wonderland in Lexington, KY!!!
