CAM - Venue has stopped replying

Has anyone had a wedding or is planning one at the Cincinnati Art Museum? I am having one heck of a time getting a hold of anyone. After the contract was signed and deposit was sent, I quit hearing back from anyone! Is it just me or has anyone else had this? I was so excited, now I'm getting nervous.

    Maybe go down there and talk to someone since they're not returning your calls and emails?  I was shocked throughout my wedding planner at how bad vendors were about communicating with me.

    May-June and October are the peak wedding months. I know it's frustrating, but I'm sure they're also very busy. Keep trying!

    I actually learned through a friend that their special events person recently left... Try emailing the general special events address instead of Meggie directly and hopefully someone will get back to you!
