Wedding Officiants

We are 6 months away...and still need someone to marry us! Whoops!! We are having an outdoor ceremony on a gazebo, which I know some officiants dislike. He isn't particuarly religious, while I would like there to be some religious aspect to it, as would the rest of my family. Any suggestions would be very appreciated!

ugh---he already has a wedding that day. i looked at earlier posts and saw that a lot of people recommended kathryn seifert (sp?) so i e-mailed her and we are going to meet with her. i also found stephen hoffman. has anyone used him? feedback please!!!

Kathryn is great.  I think you'll really like her.  I've been in two weddings she's officiated and she was charming, funny and did awesome ceremonies.

We hired Art of Life-Ceremonies by Persephone. She has good reviews on decidio.com and can personalize the ceremony to your needs.

We just booked Mary Reaman.  She is part of the tree of life community in Dayton.  Really laid back, nice lady.  She is really open to making your ceremony exactly what you want and including any religious aspects you like.  She also has some catholic background.
