Getting ready to pick my reception location... opinions on receptions in erlanger?

Hi Ladies,
I am new to this site and I am wondering if I can get your opinion on Receptions in Erlanger. I have heard good things so far but wanted to see if anyone here has had a wedding there or attended someone elses wedding there. Pros and cons sort of thing.

My best friend had her wedding there. She had a very positive experience working with them. They took care of everything. Also, I remember the food being really good! Best of luck.

I have been to several weddings there and they were all really nice and the food was really good. I would definitely go for it if you like it!

I've been to Receptions in Erlanger for a bridal show.  I can just comment on the space that it's new and gorgeous.  I also really like their all-inclusive prices; very convenient.

Thanks! I think I am going to go for it so I can OFFICIALLY set my wedding date! I do like that it is all inclusive and I can also have my ceremony there as well.

I had my wedding there back in 2006 and they were great to work with then.  Obviously a while ago, but I have been to several weddings there since and the food is always good and the staff/service is always nice.  They worked with me a lot on the pricing so I know they are flexible with that stuff.

We had our reception there November 2009, and I was very pleased with everything.  We had less than 100 guests, so we used the small rooms, and were given afternoon pricing for a Saturday evening wedding, so that was a bonus.  The food was very good and I liked the all-inclusive packages.  I checked out almost all the Receptions locations, and the Erlanger one was the one I liked the best since it wasn't in a mall location like the others.

I was very happy with my experience.  The only complaint I had is that they threw away the decorative royal icing flowers on our cake (they were almost china-like, so they were nice as a display).  I didn't notice until we got home and it was too late by then.

We had an earlier reception--it ended at 9 PM, and they were very strict about that; by 9:05 PM they were taking off the tablecloths, etc, even though there were still guests in the room.  I understand they have a schedule, but I was surprised there wasn't much leeway.
