Day of Coordinator pricing

So, I'm thinking about getting a day of coordinator but I don't know if I can justify the cost.  Before I start calling around I was wondering how much this service could cost?  I know it can vary, but like any vendor service there are high end prices and low end. 

I really appreciate thoughts on this!

my friend just got married in november. she hired a doc for $800 and said it was the best $ she spent. she got married in la so i think the price is a lot higher there, because i'm using a doc in cincinnati and she's only $450. she also told me she is flexible on pricing if thats too much. anyway i think my friend is right, because if i'm spending a couple thousand dollars on my wedding i want to make sure to enjoy the day instead of freaking about the details on the day of. if you want my docs name, its lindsey (her last name is gobus but she just got married too so now its mesa). her emails lindseydyan.mesa@gmail.com and shes awesome. super organized and detailed, and friendly and bubbly. good luck with eveyrthing!

I'm using Julie with Cincy Event Planning.  (cincyeventplanning.com).  I hired her for more than a DOC, but if I remember correctly, her price was around $750- and that may have included an assistant, but I could be wrong.  CEP comes HIGHLY recommended on here.  Check out their website, their great.  Especially read their client reviews for specific examples.  And I think they'll work with your budget too.  GL!

Thank you for the information! I really appreciate it! I spoke to  Lindsay and she seems great.  I think she is exactly what I'm looking for.  I think a DOC will really help the day go smoothly.  Thanx all!
