Limo Help!

I cannot decide on what limo company to choose! Also, what is the typical amount of hours people purchase for their wedding day. I just really wanted transportation to the ceremony and to the reception and back. Any suggestions on how many hours or what limo company to choose? Any feedback would be greatly appreciated!

We are not using a limo, but I live downtown and see Savannah Nite limo's all over the place. That is a place to try.

We used a limo.  We booked it for all day, because we did a ton of pictures beforehand.  It picked us up at 2:30 ish, dropped us at the park, picked up the guys and brought them, and that way we were together all day.  We took it to the second location, to the church, and then to the reception and afterparty.  It even took our friends home.  I don't think it was the norm to have it all day, but it was only a few hundred more than a regular rental, and we were able to stay together all day and night with the bridal party.

We used Motortoys and loved them.

We used a limo bc my husband wanted one. Before the day, and still now I think it was a total waste of money. But he was happy so whatever. We only used it from the ceremony to take pictures, then to the reception site so that's probably why. We booked with Savannah night for 3 hours. Full review on my site:

We used Jimmy's Limousine for our wedding on July 10th. They have a pretty amazing party bus that very comfortably held about 20-25 people. We used the limo for 3 1/2 hours to drive us around during pictures and drop us off at the venue. It worked out so well because the photographer and videographer could ride along with us, and our bridal party and parents could hang out in the bus and watch a movie/listen to music when they weren't in pictures.

We had no problems with Jimmy's...and if you want a party bus they had an amazing, BRAND NEW one for much cheaper than Motortoys. Check out pictures on their website.

We have booked Jimmy's limousine for our 8/7/2010 wedding and have been really happy with the service thus far, Danielle has been really responsive to our questions. She also worked with us to come up with a quote in our budget, even though we couldn't afford their whole asking price. I would definitely recommend them.

This is who I used for both my wedding and my bachelorette party. They were amazing. Always professional and always helpful. I loved working with them and plan to hire them again for future events. I had them from 2 - 6pm while we did photos downtown and had them drop us at our venue. It was a great little deal and they did a wonderful job. Not as fancy as Savannah but worth it for the wedding.

my sisters used M&M limos for my bachelorette.  I don't know how much it cost, but it was the cleanest limo i've ever been in, and the driver was great.

How long do you suggest renting the limo?

I'm using Motortoys for my 10.30.10 wedding. Their prices were extremely reasonable, and the people there are great!

I called around and it seems that MotorToys have the most reasonable prices and greatest reviews. I think they could be the one!

Yes, I'd go with them over  A Savannah Nite.  I just got married a month ago and had major issues with A Savannah Nite that are still unresolved.  I'm unfortunately having to dispute charges through my credit card and with Better Business Bureau b/c the A Savannah Nite staff is being unresponsive.

Best of luck - I so loved my wedding day!  I never had a clue how amazing it could be until I was in the moment (sigh!)
