Maid of Honor Gift

I got each girl a really nice bracelet as their main gift- then I put together a personalized (vistaprint) tote bag for each of them stuffed with old navy flip flops for the reception, a robe and spa slippers, loofah, purse mirror, nail kit and costume earrings & necklace for the ceremony/reception. 

I am just not sure what else I can get for the maid of honor as I have been reading that I should get her something extra. 

Does anyone have any suggestions?

I've never heard of the maid of honor getting something extra special. If anything, ia nice note about how much she means to you may be all you need extra. Sounds like you already have a lot of stuff.

I also never heard of the MOH getting something extra or more $$ as a gift either.  Everything I've ever read or heard is all your WP members get the same $ amount, not necessarily the same exact gift.

I probably won't be getting my MOH anything more than the rest of my girls.  I think you have already spent enough money on them all and just a nice card would be a nice gesture.

that's weird. I have actually always heard of getting the MOH something special. You don't have to make a big to-do about it and I certainly wouldn't do it in front of the others, but I am going to get my MOH something additional. I will probably just get her a different necklace/earrings.

I dont think that you have to get her something to use the day of so maybe get her a massage or facial or something that would be a nice relaxing treat to use after the wedding.  Honestly it sounds like you got everyone a lot of great stuff already and a really heartfelt card/thank you would be the perfect addition.

i have heard that you should do something a little extra for your MOH too.  i am planning to do something extra for mine that the other girls will not see or know about.  i might treat her to a spa day or a fun night out after we get back from the honeymoon because i know that would mean more to her than any type of trinket would, and i will already be getting her jewelry for the wedding.

In my circle, it's frowned upon to NOT do something extra for your MOH.  I haven't decided what I'm doing for her yet, though..

ETA: I realized after I posted this that it was of absolutely no help hahaha.  Maybe get her a gift cert to somewhere she likes?  Restaurant? Spa? Show?  Something for her home?

I'm the MOH and I would like lunch with the bride after she gets back from the honeymoon so we can (just the two of us) dish about everything that's been going on.  I can see not being able to have any one-on-one time before or for a while after the wedding, and this would be fun.

I like the massage or facial ideas - she is hard to shop for and I want it to be something she will definitely use - and she loves massages!  I may mail it to her while I'm on my honeymoon so she will get a nice surprise in the mail.
