Hotel Recs for Venice, Capri, or Santorini?

Hey everyone! My fiance and I are planning on a two-week long honeymoon to Venice, Capri, and Santorini in April.  If anyone has any hotel recommendations that would be greatly appreciated

Also, if anyone has suggestions for maybe going to a different place instead of Capri or Santorini (like other places near the Amalfi Coast or another Greek Island), let me know!

It was one of the more reasonably priced hotels we found right in the city and we loved the local. It was a little ways behind St. Mark's Square in it's own quite little courtyard. We loved having our nice peaceful breakfasts there and then being a short walk from all the sights.

H and I stayed at Ca' Dei Dogi for our HM last month, and it was wonderful!  The rooms were fairly small, but nice.  We were steps from St. Mark's Square and both St. Mark's and San Zaccaria vaporetto stops.  Our balcony overlooked the Doge's Palace.  We loved that it was so close to the action, but in a private alleyway away from the commotion.

I would also highly recommend staying at Rifugio degli Dei in Positano on the Amalfi Coast.  It is a family's country home.  It's very, very cheap (in terms of the AC) and so wonderful.  The mother cooks breakfast every morning - homemade cakes and jams and breads.  Each apartment has a sea view, and the place is just so beautiful and relaxing.  I can't recommend this place enough.  I'm so happy that we went this route instead of paying a crapton of money for a hotel in Positano or Capri.

We stayed at Andronis Luxury Suites in Oia, Santorini in Sept 2010 (I did a review on tripadvisor, L_Hitchcock). This was the most amazing place I ever stayed!! They double upgraded us. We stayed in the Zeus  suite<: from start to finish we were treated like a king and queen at this hotel! It was also voted 2nd most romantic hotel in the world by tripadvisor. I would love to go back every year but we can't afford it!
