We stayed 1 week on the Big Island, Sept. 21-28th. Hotel - Hilton Waikoloa Village - King sized bed, garden view room. This place was huge, but we knew that going there so we were prepared. It was a beautiful, clean, well manicured place. Our package included self-parking and breakfast buffet everyday. Both saved us a lot of money. The pools were great, they inclued water slides, waterfalls, prive areas, grotto's - everything you could imagine. ACTIVITIES Big Island Eco-Adventures Zip Lining - A lot of fun. Staff was well trained. Equipment was practically brand new and the day ran so smooth. Body Glove Booze Cruise - A lot of fun as well. The staff was very attentive, the music entertaining and the drinks were never-ending. The food was so-so, but I did not eat much. Volcano's National Park. Make this a whole day trip. Take your time going around the island and see everything there is to see. Wear sneakers to get to across the lava flow and bring a flashlight. Places to see - Akaka Falls, Waipi'o Valley, South Point, Hapuna Beach. Tips: Get the Big Island Revealed Books and carry it with you at all times.
