St. Lucia

Hi. We are going to St. Lucia in May for our honeymoon. We are staying at the Discover Margoit Bay for 5 nights and the Jalousie Plantation for another 5 nights. Has anyone been to either of these or know any good restaurants in St. Lucia that are must try.
