Shower Dress!

Yes I know we've had a ton of these posts lately but I've been looking like crazy for a shower dress and I finally found one! This came in the mail from Modcloth last night and I LOVE it! I am a sucker for sweetheart necklines and this dress is so cute on!

I also have this one on order so if it fits, I'll have to choose one for the RD and one for my shower! Just wanted to share my excitement!

K8888 they have all different lengths of dresses. The first one that I got last night hits me like mid thigh above the knee and I'm just over 5'2" so it's perfect for me. The second one (also from Modcloth) had some reviews that said it was way too short but the girls that submitted those reviews are a good 4" or more taller than me, so I'm not too worried about that.

Modcloth has all the lengths of dresses posted too so that helps.

Love them! I may have to order from this website. At 5 feet 0 inches, I can barely ever find dresses that aren't too long/big on me.

OH - and speaking of which, I the Calypso dress I ordered in the mail.  It's a really beautiful dress, it just doesn't fit correctly. It's WAYYYY too big on top (and I'm rather busty at 32C/D) but it's actually not too long. It hits me about an inch or two above the knee. I'm going to bring it to a tailor since it was final sale/no returns.

Just thought I'd update while I was here speaking about shower dresses.

I did buy my RD dress this weekend (the Lilly one). So if I get the Calypso tailored, I'll be all set with RD, shower, and brunch dresses.

Good to know on the Calypso dress! I didn't end up ordered anything because that final sale/no returns made me leery and I'm pretty picky when it comes to clothes: I'm my worst critic. That dress that you ordered was gorgeous though! I'm glad you'll be able to make it work.

I just ordered mine from Modcloth last night! It will still be cold up here so I got a warmer dress. I am going to wear black tights under it, and if its really cold there are a few girls that have put a black longsleeve shirt underneath and it still looks super cute!

Love the first one!! It looks like it would be so cute with a little cardi or a skinny belt. I think it would be a little too short on me or otherwise I would really it, too!
