Booking Through Costco

Hey everyone,

My fiance and I are considering booking our honeymoon online though Costco. It would include the flight, hotel, and rental car and it seems to be very affordable. Has anyone had any experience booking through Costco? What did you think?

    We booked a cruise to Alaska through Costco, not for our HM but for fun.  We really liked it.  Similar to a travel agent, you make a deposit and have 2 or 3 payments to pay off the remainder of the balance.  It was cheaper than a travel agent and we got $$ since we have an exec membership!

    I thought you could send most travel agents your pricing and they would now give you the same rate???  I saw that from an ad somewhere.  I'm not gonna use a discount company--I just don't want the worst room cuz I used a cheap place.  IMO!

    We booked our honeymoon to Maui through Costco. We got an amazing rate (not just on the hotel - we basically got a two week car rental for free), and had no issues with them. Booked entirely online. We put down a deposit at the time of booking, then paid the balance about a month prior to the trip. We also bought trip insurance through them just in case anything happened. We would definitely use Costco again.
