Northern European Cruise for HM

We are thinking of going on a Northern European cruise for our HM in July. Has anyone done this before? Recommend or not? Any tips?

We would be going to Denmark, Norway, Germany, Sweden, Finland, Russia, and Estonia.

Would love to hear from people who have done it!

    Well we haven't done it yet, but we booked an Amsterdam, Germany, France, Switzerland river cruise. I have heard from people that used the same cruise line that it was great. My grandparents also went up around that area on a car tour and loved it!

    I've never been on a cruise, but I have been to Estonia, Finland, Sweden, and Denmark (and Germany but only to Bavaria) before. They are all lovely countries, and I would agree with CMGr that Copenhagen is safe, fun, and friendly. I was in Estonia a few years ago before they started to use the Euro and everything was dirt cheap, so things may have changed now with the new currency, but I'd still say it's a great place and Tallinn is lovely especially if you like medieval history (it's a nice old walled hanseatic city).

    There are so many beautiful Northern European Cruises. Holland America, Princess, and Silversea all have cruises in this area, and are perfect for a honeymoon. Not sure what your budget is, but Tegent would be my preference for a honeymoon cruise, as it is all-suite, over 95% balcony.

    We will be going at the end of July, beginning of August this year.
