I just finished booking our hopneymoon to P.R. & D.R. Originally we planned to just go to D.R. and then we noticed it was cheaper to go with a layover in P.R.....then I called AAA to compare there prices to the prices I already had from travel agents and my own online research. We ended up with a 24hr stay in P.R. staying at the Hilton and then 11 days at Secrets in Punt* Cana!!!! WOOO HOOO we originally had just planned a 7 day vacation but then we said what the heck for only 1,000 we extended it!! I can't be more excited.
Moral of the story......before you book it you have AAA give them a call and compare to whatever prices you may have obtained. You dont lose anything by trying.
