Puerto Vallarta..anyone been?

Hi All! Just started the honeymoon search and found an AI in Puerto Vallarta called Casa Velas. It looks nice and reasonable, I've just never been to Mexico so I was looking for input! Has anyone also heard of/stayed at this resort? Thanks in advance!

    Hey! I've been to Puero Vallarta, and to be honest I wouldn't really recommend it. It's on the pacific side, so if you're looking for turquoise sea and white sand, you won't get it. But, if that's not important to you, then the prices are usually pretty good! But I would really recommend to check the Mayan Riviera instead!
