Looking to plan something fun in the Spring with what will then be DH. I've cruised with Royal Carribean and have a good understanding of what they offer. Has anyone ever gone with Carnaval or Norweigan before? What did you think?

I love Royal Caribbean for fun Caribbean cruises.  I would go with Princess for something more romantic.  My worst cruise ever was with Norwegian (some people like them, but I don't recommend the cruise line).

I love Norwegian!!!!  I love the Freestyle Dining concept, but I know that some people don't.  Check out cruisecritic.com and read some reviews of NCL and Carnival and see which one meets your needs.

I have done carnival before and we loved it,
were taking a Norwegian cruise in June so ill know more then.

Hello My first cruise was on Norweigian and then I cruised 7 times with Carnival. I just cruised with NCL again this past summer. I have had great experiences on both lines and would highy reccommend either one.

We're doing an Alaskan cruise the May following our wedding as our HM also! Everyone thinks we are crazy not to go to a beach somewhere, but we are SO EXCITED. You have to update with every detail of every awesome thing that you see!!!

Also, I have cruised Carnival and loved it. It's crowd is definitely the 20-50 range, but our service was fantastic, the boat was clean and fun, and the food was great. I will use them over and over.
