secrets st james?

so, after being treated rudely by sandals about some things, we have switched our honeymoon/wedding to secrets st james, and I am so excited!! I have the happy, can't wait feeling about this place that I didn't have with sandals, it seems better and like more for the money.  Has anyone been there?

    Secrets St. James and Wild Orchid are basically the same resort just separated into sides.  St. James is the quieter side.  The resort is one of the newest to Montego Bay and if you check out the reviews on tripadvisor... they are definitely still working out the kinks.  Any reason you wanted to stay in Montego Bay?  Negril is known for having much better beaches... even Ocho Rios is a bit nicer.

    I know you had a bad experience with a Sandals but Sandals Negril is one of my favorite locations.  You could also check out Couples Swept Away in Negril which gets great reviews.  I have stayed in MoBay, Ocho Rios and Negril.... and hands down Negril has the better beaches and atmosphere.
