Sun Palace?

Has anyone been to the Sun Palace in Cancun?  Any tips, suggestions?

I have been to Sun Palace several times and always enjoyed vacations there. Great beach, beautiful ocean views and outstanding service.

My FI and I actually got engaged there and we loveeeed it! The 1500 resort credit was sooo worth it too! We used it for so many different things.. swimming with dolphins, romantic dinner on the beach, bottles of wine, tulum...and a few other things I can't remember.  We were worried it was a scam but when we got there they just have you set up your appointments and you are set to go. It was soo much fun we met a few other couples that we are still really good friends with today.  The activitiy crew was helpful in trying to get people to do things if they wanted to but it wasn't crazy as far as a lot of activities.  It was just enough to have fun with other couples and then go relax the rest of your day with your FI.  The beds were amazing we honestly couldnt sleep the week after we came home because our backs hurt on our bed at home hah!  But we loved it! Have fun if you go!

My cousin HMd there and loved it! She raved and raved about it when she returned.

I have stayed at the Cancun Palace and the Moon Palace. When you stay at any of the palace resorts you can eat at and use the amenities like the spa and pool at all of the other resorts. We spent some time at the Sun Palce and it was amazing! Like a PP said they have specials and credits that are awesome. Enjoy it!!

My MOH honeymooned there and LOVED it.  She and her husband plan to return next may for their 5 year anniversary.
