Flights?

Hello ladies, I'm in need of some advice! We're from Florida and we want to have our honeymoon in California (we're theme park geeks). We're getting married September 2013 and I was wondering, when is the best time to book cheap flights? Right now the prices seem outrageous, but I'm also afraid to book the flights too close to the actual honeymoon... Is there a specfic time period in which you guys find the cheapest flights?

Flight prices are generally all over the place,but since the airfare for Sept 2013 just came out like a week go, you have plenty of time. In general 3-6 months out is good (epecially since ther are probably several flights to LAX daily) and airfare tends to be at it' lowest on Tues afternoons or Wed mornings.

I would aim for 3-6 months beforehand as well. You can always set up price alerts through Trip Advisor or Airfarewatchdog as well and they will email you when prices drop.

And they jack up the prices on friday and lower them on tuesday or wednesday
