Can anyone tell me if we can use US dollars in Jamaica or if we have to exchange currency? Might sound silly, but I was asked by someone I work with, and I didn't even think about that.

Ditto pp they prefer US dollars, but we used our debit card most of the time and just used cash for tipping. HTH!
