Temp Liquor Permit in CT

Any ladies know about how to obtain a temp liquor permit to provide beverages at my wedding reception? We are using a pizza truck for catering, so there is no caterer to have pull it for me.

Any insight, pros or cons. I prefer to provide it so I can have great local beers and wines vs the packages that the bartending companies will provide for an per person fee.

I found that booking Choice Bar Services was cheaper than it is going to be to do it all ourselves.  I think you have to go to CT liquor people and you have to have insurance.  I'm using local wine and a few local beers too,  I love that idea.
