Dress help....PIC INCLUDED

My dress is trumpet/sheath so I'm not sure what to wear? I will have cups sewn in and most likely be wearing spanx, just so I'm comfortable (although i'll be more uncomfortable most likely). 

Should I have a slip of some kind? Not sure.

I don't think you need a slip unless it will make you feel more comfortable.  My dress was a similar style and I just wore a strapless bra and underwear.

I don't think you need a slip. If you feel comfortable and the dress looks good, why add another layer? I love your dress. It is gorgeous.
