Afraid of commitment...

...to some vendors.

I have narrowed it down to 2 photgraphers and 2 dj's and I still can't seem to commit to 1. I think I may be afraid of not making the right choice.

Has this happened to anyone else?

who are you looking into using?  can you not make the decision because you liked both vendors so much?  FI and I were down to two DJ's and neither of us could make a decision.  In the end, we flipped a coin for our choice, haha

I was terrified of committing to a venue and some of my more expensive vendors. There's a lot of pressure on making yoru wedding perfect and a lot of money involved, so I completely understand how it can be scary! 

I would just sit down with your FI, make a list of pros and cons for each vendor, and then go with the ones that look the best.

I wasn't at all afraid of committing to my venue - I knew 100% it was the right decision because I was so thorough in my research.   However, with photographer especially, this was a tough decision to lock down.  To me, unless there's a push to lock in the date now before someone takes it, give yourself a few days to a week (or two) to think about it.  When you come back to the topic, hopefully it'll be a bit clearer!

I have been experiencing the same thing, especially with my dj. I liked both and ended up choosing one because there were more pros than the other. I did list out all the pros and cons like a PP suggested. I am still searching for vendors and always feel like I need to research and meet with a bunch before deciding.. good thing I have time!
