Google John Cipolla's name wedding stories RI with the word 'complaint' or check the Better Business Bureau. Check out the RI Attorney General's consumer protection annual report from 2011. Or simply contact me and I would be glad to send you all I have found. No couple should ever have to go through this when there are thousands of reputable honest videographers out there. I just wish I dug more before hiring this company
