Flowers for Wine Bottles?

I think we're going to use wine bottles to both identify our tables and act as centerpieces for our wedding. I'd like to pur some flowers in the bottles, but can't think of any particular tall/skinny flowers to put in them... any suggestions??? Thanks!

    gerbera daisies? that's the first flower that comes to mind with a long thin stem. plus they have a large blossom so you don't have to use as many to get a nice effect
