Hey everyone!  We're looking into price quotes for transportation the day of.  We are planning to offer a shuttle to/from the hotel and reception site and most likely going with a school bus! (FYI First Student gave us the lowest quote coming in at $420 per bus!)

With our bridal party we're a gang of 16 and I wanted to offer transportation for everyone from the ceremony to the reception.  Any recommendations within a reasonable budget??  We're open to any suggestions that will get us all there!

Beware First Student - they are cheap, and they showed up on time, but give them VERY SPECIFIC written directions.  Multiple times.  Have it written out to hand to the driver.  Their communication sucks, which is one reason it's so cheap - they don't get high customer service ratings.

First Student wouldn't return phone calls and we literally had to have 3 people stalking them to get in touch with them two weeks before the wedding to ask them to show up earlier due to a slight change in photo schedule.  They showed up at 2pm to do the first run, and then we had 2 more runs scheduled - they only made one of them!  They never returned for the second trip.  Then they were supposed to be out front of the wedding to return guests as requested in a loop.  Well, they disappeared until nearly 10pm - apparently the driver didn't think he should be near the wedding, so he parked about 200 yards away out of sight?  Makes no sense to me!  So a lot of our guests who had intended to take the shuttle to the wedding had to drive, and a lot who intended to take it back had to grab a ride from someone if they wanted to head back to the hotel before 10pm.  We were definitely pissed!
