We met with Studio1923 and liked them and their work. I don't know anything about the others.

Ultimately, we were torn between Studio1923 and Val McCormick. We ended up choosing Val McCormick. Her work is amazing and she has the personality to match. We left her thinking, "how can we not have Val at our wedding?" She really takes the time to know her bride and groom. Her prices are comparable to Studio1923, if not a little lower. Certainly meet with Studio1923 and if you are looking for other suggestions I highly recommend Val.

We went with Studio1923.  They're the vendor I'm most excited about!!! I chose them based on how comfortable I felt with them and the overall feeling I got from our meeting (not to mention their amazing work).
    Good luck in your decision!!

Have you met with any of the photographers? That was huge for us. We really wanted to be comfortable with the people taking the most important pictures of our lives.

We met with Eric Foley at a wedding show and had some back and forth emails. He seemed great. He was our second choice but ultimately ended up going with Rebecca Hansen photography, who had a better package at the time and who we really vibed with. Good luck!

Depending on your budget, those seem like great choices.  I contacted Eric Foley but never got  a chance to get back to him when he called because he was just over the budget for me but I love his work.

I went with John LoConte who mixes formal portraits with lots of great candid shots (if candid shots are what you are looking for).

I would also recommend Jen Fiereck.

    Both have reasonable prices.

If I had the money I would definitely go with Studio 1923 or the likes.

I actually used Hanlon PHotography and she was great!!! She also offered extra's not a lot of people give you which was a guest book of your engagement session, and she even offered to come to the rehearsal night since she didn't have anything booked that night.  She stayed until 9pm and gave me all the photos on a CD! She didn't even have to do that! She was so funny and great to work with! I would totally recommend her! I read her reviews on weddingwire before I went with her and there was nothing but good things!

I also already got all my photos and my wedding was May 29th!

    Good luck!

We are using Eric Foley.  I LOVE his style.  We did a get to know you session with him and the pictures came out great.  I can't wait for him to photograph our wedding day.  He is a bit pricey, but we figure these will be pictures that we will have to look at and treasure forever!

I am using Logan from Brian Ambrose photography. A little bit pricier than most but totally worth it. He did our e-pics already and I adore them!

We're using Crista Acosta Photography.  Depending on your budget, she is fantastic.  She offers 2 photographers, some packages have unlimited hours, includes an album, online access to prints, and a dvd with full printing rights.  She is lovely to be around, loves what she does, and is an amazing photographer.  cristaacosta.com.  check her out! :)

We're using Eric Foley (I actually have a boudoir shoot with him today, nervous!) and I love him! He is a little pricey, but I was willing to invest in it because I love his work, and he is such a down to earth and chill guy! Definetly reccomend him.

I fell in love with Catherine Fiehn's style even before I was engaged. She did my sister's photos when she rand for Miss Connecticut and her work is amazing.  Her website is http:/www.catherinefiehn.com  but you have to go see her, it was our one splurge.
