Anyone been to the bahamas?
I'm going on a cruise with my family to the Bahamas and just wanted to know if there were any MUST SEE places or activities.
We're stopping at Freeport and Nassau. We'll have may a half day at Freeport (7am-3pm or something) but we have the whole day at Nassau.
Are there any particular beaches that are better? But also, I don't want to pay some hefty price to get into some resort beach place. I've heard Atlantis is great, but not necessarily worth the money for the day pass you have to buy.
Anything less touristy that is a must see? Historical or cultural sites? Beautiful churches worth visiting?
