Veil alterations

I'm looking to have my mom's veil altered. It needs to be detached from the headband it's on now and attached to a new comb. Does anyone know a good place in CT for veil alterations?

I took mine to Melissa Ashley Brides in Westerly, RI- right over the CT border. I also got my dress there, but they did fabulous with my veil!
