Question: Secrets Maroma Beach

We're thinking of booking Secrets Maroma Beach for our honeymoon.  I was looking at the different rooms available and was wondering if any of you knew if there was a difference in the actual room for junior suite swimout vs. preferred club junior suite swimout?  I know you get more amenities with the preffered club but just wanted to know if there was a difference in the actual room.

Also, for those of you who have stayed there, what kind of activities were available? We were thinking of doing some jet skiing and maybe scuba diving, but I didn't see any pricing information on their website.

There is no difference in the actual rooms. The minibar in the preferred suites have more and the location is closer to the beach. PS....Secrets was amazing

Agreed with Denise.  We got a preferred club swim out in building 25 and love the location.  It was equal distance from the main building (where most of the restaraunts are) and from the beach.  It was really close to the pool.

However, you can read my review, depending on what the price difference is btwn regular rooms and preferred club, I'd probably save my money and not get the preferred club.

We did go there everyday, but essentially it's just a 24 hr bar.  We did like that they had hot appetizers in the afternoon after most other places but away their food...but I wouldn't say that's worth hundreds extra!
